Every artist likely remembers their first group exhibition, first solo exhibition, first artwork sold, and their first international exhibition – even if it’s with just one piece, as was the case for me. I’ve had the chance to experience these first steps already, but I hadn’t yet felt the excitement of selling my artwork abroad. Until now. One of my small paintings has just been sold to the United States through the SaatchiArt online gallery. It was a delightful surprise to check my email in the morning and see a message about the sale! The journey of this painting to its new home has been a wonderful experience, and it’s rewarding to know that my art is reaching new audiences beyond the borders of Finland. This is one of those meaningful moments in an artist’s career, and each of them is an important step forward. The Little Dreamer watercolor painting has already found its new owner across the Atlantic. » Explore my artworks on SaatchiArt » More animal-themed paintings in the gallery
